WBJEE 2021 - West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has ended the WBJEE application form correction process on April 2, 2021. The authorities had extended the final date to submit the WBJEE 2021 application form till March 30 (6 PM). Documents required while filling WBJEE Application Form 2021: 

Candidates were asked to keep the following documents ready with them while filling the WBJEE application form. Please note that the information entered in the application form should be the same as mentioned in the following documents. 

• Domicile Certificate
• Category Certificate
• Annual Family Income proof
• Scholarship certificate issues from TWF (If Applicable)
• JEE Main 2021 application number if appeared for the exam
• Class 10th mark sheet
• Class 12th mark sheet
• Passing Certificate
• Debit/ Credit card details for fee payment 

How to fill WBJEE 2021 Application Form?

Candidates interested in seeking admission to colleges in West Bengal had to first register online for WBJEE 2021 and fill the exam application form. The application form for WBJEE could be submitted online with the payment of the application fee through online mode. Candidates were advised to go through the guidelines to fill WBJEE application form before commencing with the form filling process. Step 1: WBJEE 2021 Registration

To apply for WBJEE 2021 exam, candidates will have to register on the official website. In order to fill the registration form, candidates will have to use their email ID and register as a new user by furnishing details like their name, date of birth and mobile number. On successful WBJEE 2021 registration, an OTP will be sent to the candidate's registered mobile number. S/he will have to verify the same in order to complete the WBJEE registration process. 

Step 2: Fill WBJEE 2021 application form 

The next step is to fill WBJEE application form. Candidates can fill the online application form on the official website. It is advisable for candidates to read the instructions carefully before filling the WBJEE application form and also take a print out of the same to be preserved for future reference. Once candidates have successfully filled and submitted the application form, a unique 7-digit WBJEE application number will be automatically generated. This is to be carefully preserved as proof of successful registration. 

The WBJEE application form is divided into two sections:

1. Personal details: Enter details like name, date of birth, father's name, category, gender, nationality, email ID, phone number and academic qualifications 
2. Choice of Exam City: Candidates will have to select three preferred exam cities for WBJEE 2021.

Step 3: Upload the photograph and signature

After filling WBJEE application form, candidates will be asked to upload the scanned copies of their recent passport size photograph and specimen signature.

Step 4: Pay WBJEE 2021 Application Fee

• The WBJEE application fee for General Category is Rs. 500 while for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B is Rs. 400
• The application fee is to be paid through debit/credit card or net banking

An online receipt is automatically generated after the successful payment of the application fee. Please note that this receipt is to be preserved as it will be required at the time of WBJEE counselling and admissions. It is also proof that a candidate has successfully made the payment of WBJEE application fee and have registered to appear for the joint entrance exam. 

Step 5: Download the confirmation page:

After the successful submission of WBJEE application form, a confirmation page is generated. It is advisable for candidates to take a print out of the confirmation page and preserve it for future reference.
